As you may have noticed it’s been a few weeks since our last update, but there is a good reason. Our MFA program (which everyone in the staff is affiliated with) went to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for our ten day summer residency. Thanks to Stetson University we all had the opportunity to have workshops in another country, explore our neighborhood of Ipanema, learn more Portuguese, meet local writers, and much more. Over the next few weeks our blog will be posting pictures, audio, videos, writing, and other creative work from students that was inspired by their time in Brazil. Please stay tuned!
